Problem:
Client needed a quick turnaround for 20,000 full color brochures that needed to be delivered the next day. The call came in at 1:32 p.m. with the workday ending at five o'clock. This was my first interaction with the client. At the time, I was located in Atlanta the client was in San Francisco. I should also add that the content for the project had not been created or approved.
Action:
I asked the client to send the specs and approved text as soon as possible. I then reached out to several vendors to see who could fulfill the job requirements and timeline for delivery. After an intense search, I finally found a vendor who was as eager as I was to meet the client's deadline.
Result:
Success!!! After a late night press check, the printer completed the job as requested. The job was sent via Delta Dash. Client was totally excited and pleased with the overall experience.
Verizon: A Show Without The Star
Problem:
The team of account execs were set to fly to New York for an ExxonMobil presentation out of Atlanta. The team believed they had everything covered and realized they forgot to request graphics.
Action:
In a complete frenzy, the team asked if I could quickly put some concepts together. Their request was for product concepts with some supporting Point of Sale images. I was able to design and mock up the card, packaging and pop of purchase display before they left for the flight.
Result:
The team won the account. I was informed that the presentation was a huge success and how the graphics help to seal the deal.
