Nate led the benefits enrollment guide from concept through final production. He managed the full budget, including printing, fulfillment, freelance support, and translation for global distribution. The guide was produced in English and translated into Cantonese, Portuguese, and Latin, with a print run of nearly 300,000 copies distributed worldwide. The project met every milestone and deadline. Our team was preparing to fly to New York to pitch a product to Exxon when we realized we had no creative materials.
