Nate led the benefits enrollment guide from concept through final production. He managed the full budget, including printing, fulfillment, freelance support, and translation for global distribution. The guide was produced in English and translated into Cantonese, Portuguese, and Latin, with a print run of nearly 300,000 copies distributed worldwide. The project met every milestone and deadline. The successful execution resulted in Nate’s promotion to Assistant Vice President and an 11 percent salary increase.

Our team was preparing to fly to New York to pitch a product to Exxon when we realized we had no creative materials. With less than two hours before departure, we asked Nate if he could produce a few mockups for the presentation. He immediately stepped in. Instead of a couple of boards with minimal artwork, Nate designed and mocked up an entire campaign. We made the flight on time and ultimately won the bid. The ExxonMobil presentation would not have succeeded without Nate’s last-minute effort. With Nate on the team, rush deadlines were never a concern.
